3 Things (June ‘23)

A round-up of things I've discovered in the past month that I think you all might love too!

Our June “3 Things” comes with a bit of a story:

In 2020, I found Kerrilynn Pamer’s Instagram account. Before I even knew that she was the founder of Cap Beauty, I was so drawn to her home in the mountains of Malibu. The towers of books she has scattered across her home and the ceramics made by friends that cover every surface, the immediate access to nature through her doors—sigh, it felt so right.

I am notoriously picky when it comes to products of really any kind.

By nature, I am quite simple, so having too many beauty options to choose from results in a complete brain shutdown. Because I love a carefully curated collection, Cap Beauty has been my go to since 2020.

Living Libations Peppermint Exfoliating Scrub

I personally use this about 2x a week in the shower and it smells delicious and leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed.

Seratoner

As someone who lives with rosacea, a facial mist has been my holy grail product since I was a teenager.

This toner smells like summer in a bottle and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and completely soothed.

The coconut in this is other worldly!

I know that a lot of you know how much I love the Jasmine Garden by May Lindstrom. I use the Jasmine Garden after I apply my moisturizer and the Seratoner as a midday pick me up that I can throw in my bag on the go!

Renew Face Brush

I only got into dry brushing my face within the last 2-3 months and it’s a daily ritual that I really love because you can feel the blood circulation immediately as it gently exfoliates your skin.

I use mine in the morning for about 45 seconds before I do anything else in the bathroom!
