PROP RECOMMENDATIONS

Range was designed to be down to earth, approachable and accessible. There are hundreds of existing classes on Range that are completely bodyweight only. There are others that utilize props that you can find right in your home!

If wanting to invest in equipment for our at home movement set up, these are a few of my recommendations!

  • Things You Already Own:

    • Access To A Wall Sturdy
    • Chair
    • Dish Towel


    Things In Your Home You Could Use As Props:

    • Weights - soup cans
    • Heavy Weights - backpack filled with objects
    • Yoga block - large book (like a textbook)
    • Gliders - dish towel or socks

  • Having an assortment of 1 to 3 lbs is helpful as our shoulders handle variations in load!
