Join Kara Duval, Emily Aitcheson and Chef Shirley Temple for 4 days in Dorset, England. Hidden behind ancient trees, lies Symondsbury Manor, an eclectic 17th century Manor House that is filled with history, quirks and endless charm. Our days will be filled with supportive movement classes, breathwork, meditation, and nourishing food and drink. When not at the Manor, we will be exploring local hiking trails, taking chilly dips in the sea and visiting local shops and pubs. With only 12 attendees, this intimate retreat will provide us the space to unwind, rest and deeply connect with each other. One of my most frequently asked questions is, “is it ok if I don’t know anyone?” And my goodness, YES. We almost prefer it!

Please note that you are registering for a single spot. If you are planning to travel with a friend or family member, you are each responsible for your own sign up OR select 2 spots at checkout. We can coordinate room assignments after registration!

If you plan to enjoy wine or beer with dinner, all must be purchased at the Tops’l Farm Shop. Please sip responsibly if planning to do so!

Payment and cancellation policy

$1,000 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot. The remaining payment will be due in full on July 1, 2025. Please note that by registering for a spot you are abiding by our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as an additional sense of security because we understand that life happens!

Cancellation within 30 days of the retreat will be responsible to pay the full amount and would receive no refund.

Cancellations prior to 30 days will receive a refund of the room cost, less the deposit, if we are able to fill the space.
